It is said in quantum physics that the mere action of observing changes the behavior of that which is being observed. So when we were able to take pictures from our telephone we could sneak up on events. While this heightened the creep factor a bit, it also allowed for a spontaneity that has never been available before. Namely, you could take a picture that no one had planned, including the photographer. All these shots were done in this spirit. There is no Photoshop, posing/positioning, not even cropping of any of these pictures, just the moment as it happened.
